On October 24, after the local Democratic Party’s Executive Board meeting, there will be a public program about election laws presented by former Sheboygan County Clerk, Julie Glancey. Julie was recently appointed as a Democratic Party representative on the State’s newly created Elections Board.
In her presentation, at 7:00 p.m., at the Labor Hall, 1104 Wisconsin Avenue, Sheboygan, Julie will talk about the status of the new voter ID law and the eliminated Government Accountability Board, She will also report on other election law changes which affect early voting and voter registration. Her years of work experience with election regulations, and her involvement with the new partisan based board, give her special insight into these topics.
